We love trees and nature, and our number one priority is to preserve the life of trees and plants, however we know that some may need to be removed for health or practical reasons.

Coppicing
Coppicing is a traditional method of woodland management which exploits the capacity of many species of trees to put out new shoots from their stump or roots if cut down.
At Pride Tree Care we use these ancient methods to improve the health and biodiversity of the tree, while allowing space for a wider range of plants to flourish.
Fire Wood
This involves the delivery or pickup of logs and woodchip which can be used for burning as fuel or flower beds and play areas. At Pride Tree Care we make sure that we never leave a site with a mess, and all our logs and woodchips are reused and recycled for the greater good of the environment.
Hazardous Tree Removal
Whether you have a tree that is adjacent to buildings with a tight working space, or a dead/diseased tree that could potentially collapse, we take the upmost care and safety procedures to remove the tree without harming the surrounding areas.

Tree Pollarding & Pruning
We understand that once a tree reaches a certain look, you’d like to keep it that way before it gets overgrown looking, or potentially dangerous, therefore we use methods such as pruning or pollarding to keep the tree looking the way you would like it.
Pollarding is a method of pruning that keeps trees and shrubs smaller than they would naturally grow. It is normally started once a tree or shrub reaches a certain height, and annual pollarding will restrict the plant to that height.
Different species of trees have to be pruned at different seasons of the year, therefore professional opinions and works should be taken out to provide your tree with the best care.
